Utility Billing Procedures
The Village of Thomasboro is excited to announce that effective June 1, 2022, EJ Water Cooperative will be managing your billing and customer care needs for your water, garbage, and sewer systems.

EJ Water Cooperative was founded in the late 1980s, and since has grown into an award-winning, regional water system providing water and services to rural communities while serving over 75,000 people. The Cooperative has been working with community partnerships for the last 17 years, and the focus is to help the Village create a long-term path to resiliency, growth, and sustainability. • Paper or electronic bill – In an effort to go green, e-bill is encouraged.
• Easy payment options:
  o Online payments at ejbilling.com – Fees apply
  o Recurring automatic withdrawal from your bank with no fee – ACH Sign up
  o Pay by phone with a credit card/debit card – Fees apply
  o Mail a check to the EJ Water Cooperative office
• Customer Service availability Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Republic Garbage & Recycling Collection

Republic Services is the sole-source provider for the Village of Thomasboro garbage and recycling collection. With the exception of holidays, garbage is collected curbside weekly on Tuesday, and recycling is collected every other week. The schedule is linked below for your convenience.
