Annual Drinking Water Quality Report

The Village of Thomasboro Annual Drinking Water Quality Report for the period of January 1 to December 31, 2023 is intended to provide you with important information about your drinking water, and the efforts made to provide safe drinking water. We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. For more information regarding this report contact Chad Polsky, Public Works Director.

NOTICE: Hydrant Flushing

The Public Works Department will be conducting its spring hydrant flushing around the Village now until late April. Flushing Hydrants is essential for maintaining water quality. During this time, residents may notice episodes of decreased water pressure, or possible discoloration in the water as changes in the flow can stir up naturally occurring minerals and sediment that settle within the water mains. Although the water is safe to use during this timeframe, washing your clothes is not advisable until the water runs clear.
